HAHMP is auctioning off two Round Trip United Airlines tickets through this online silent auction. From today (Monday, April 30, 2012) to Friday, May 4, 2012 you can place your bids through the comments! The highest bid will win the tickets.
What you’re bidding on: (2) E-certificates Travel Authorization (promotional) Coupons valid for positive space, round trip Coach “H” class travel between the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Canada, Caribbean, or Mexico and Central America or Hawaii. These coupons are currently valued at $1,000 each. They will be valid for travel for one year from date of event – April 21, 2012.
Minimum bid: $200.
REMINDERS:
- Use the comments to place your bids. This gives us a timestamp and other info to help track who bid what. If you have questions about the auction, contact us via the options on our Contact page.
- Payment must be made by 5pm on Monday, May 7, 2012. If the high-bid winner hasn’t picked up the tickets and made payment by this deadline, we will contact the second-highest bidder and award the tickets to that bidder.
- We are taking bids until noon Friday, May 4, 2012 .
- We will announce the winners after all the silent bids have been tallied.
Proceeds benefit the Houston Association of Hispanic Media Professionals (including next year’s scholarships).
