Communications Coordinator to the President & CEO
Salary Grade: 9
Salary Range: $38,192-53,469
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited educational institution with two to three years of related experience. PowerPoint, Microsoft Office Suite product proficiency required. Candidate must be adept at using social media and be able to work creatively and comfortably within a fast paced atmosphere. Candidate must be a very strong writer; able to write in a wide range of tones and voices. Must be able to think critically and analyze in depth and complex topics under deadlines. Candidate must be able to work on several given projects at any given time. Ideal candidate must have extensive research capabilities and be a strong team player.
JOB SUMMARY: Assist in the creation and delivery of high quality presentations for the Office of the President and CEO. Successfully incorporate graphic design (pictures, video, and sound) into public presentations. Actively seeks out research and presentation opportunities.

Vice President of Marketing and Communications
Salary: Commensurate with Experience
Qualifications: Master’s degree with 7 to 10 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong educational background in Marketing and Communications; masters preferred. Experience in corporate or non-profit environment. Management experience with three to five years of supervision skills. Participation in team working environment. Experience in senior management policy and decision making. Strategic planning. Led initiatives that leveraged resources and enhanced processes which resulted in economic and value building. Experience in strategic marketing and communications, public relations, brand awareness and collateral materials.
JOB SUMMARY: The Vice President for Marketing and Communication will develop and execute Neighborhood Centers’ marketing and communication strategy. The VP of Communications will develop, integration, and implement a broad range of public relations activities relative to the strategic direction and positioning of the organization and its leadership. This individual will be an ambassador for the organization and will need to build relationships with the media. The goal is to advance the organization’s position with relevant constituents, as well as to drive broader awareness and donor support for the organization. The Vice President of Marketing and Communications is responsible for Neighborhood Centers’ varied and integrated communications products and services including: newsletters and other print publications; Web, E-news and other online communications; media and public relations; and marketing.
