Community Manager (Social Media)

POSITION OVERVIEW:

• The Social Media Community Manager is responsible to build, grow, manage and revitalize communities around a brand or a cause.
• It is responsible to maintain, enhance and, in some ways, to defend the firm’s relationships with its customers in the digital environment.
• In charge of the maintenance and care of the community of faithful followers that the brand or company attracts.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

• Constantly monitor the network and extract and analyze this information.
• Be the voice of the company in the social media community.
• Constantly feed with relevant information the different social media where the company is present.
• Identify and design different ways to collaborate between the community and the company.
• Helps build the week and month report of the on-line efforts of the brand and company.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• College degree preferred.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

• Tech-savvy and passionate for new technology.
• Marketing, advertising and corporate communications knowledge
• Experience in online communication
• Fluent in Spanish
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Analytic, creative and teamwork oriented person.
• Good grasp of time management.
